Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Autonomy IT LLC d/b/a JB-AI Productions (“we”, “us”) for the Wet That Line app and website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
2. Fishing safely and legally is on you
- You are responsible for having the right license and for following all fishing regulations, seasons, limits and access rules where you fish.
- A spot on our map does not guarantee legal access. Access rules, closures and private-land boundaries change; check them on site and with the managing agency.
- Water, weather and terrain can be dangerous. Use your own judgment about whether conditions are safe.
3. Data and AI are guidance, not guarantees
Spot locations, conditions and scores come from public agencies and automated rules, and can be late, incomplete or wrong. AI results (Fish ID, Spot Sight, chat) can be mistaken. Do not rely on the Service to identify a species or measure a fish for regulation purposes, or to decide whether water is safe.
4. Free tier and subscription
The core of the Service is free. An optional subscription, sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, adds unlimited AI analysis and more offline map storage. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings, and the free tier keeps working. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
5. What you share
If you submit spots, photos or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it to run and improve the Service. Don’t submit content that is unlawful, private property you don’t have permission to share, or photos of identifiable people without their consent. We may remove content and accounts that break these terms.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no scraping or bulk downloading of data, no attempts to get around allowances or security, and no interfering with other users.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss or injury arising from your use of the Service or from fishing trips planned with it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app; continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States.
