Data Deletion
You can delete your Wet That Line account and its data at any time.
Delete in the app
- Open Wet That Line and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first.
Or ask us by email
Email support@wetthatline.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm and complete it within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile and sign-in.
- Your fishing sessions and logged catches.
- Spot submissions that haven’t been published yet.
What stays
- Spots you submitted that are already public stay on the map, with your name removed.
- A one-way scrambled form of your email address is kept for 90 days to stop abuse of free allowances. It cannot be turned back into your address.
Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store account settings too.
